Julia Karmazin, nee Pearlman, 94, beloved wife of the late Nathan; loving mother of Sharon (Larry) Dorfman and the late Caryn (Ira) Kaufman; cherished grandmother of Dr. Lee (Nicole) Dorfman, Steven (Jill) Dorfman, Shelby (Jeff) Davis, Michael Kaufman and Benjamin (fiance Malia Shoji) Kaufman; adored G.G. of Rij, Avery, Abigail, Noah, Avi and Jared. Chapel service Friday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. All our love and condolences to Julia’s family. I knew Julia my entire life. She was a sweet, loving person, a great mother, and friend to me. She will be sorely missed. She lived a very full life of 94 years, and sadly she had to endure the pain of losing Caryn.
